Archers Marquees is a well-established marquee hire company and events specialist based in the South West of England, which provides temporary structures for corporate and commercial events, TV & film production and interim storage, with long term hire also a possibility.

In most scenarios we would suggest using our clearspan (framed) marquees as they offer a practical and space efficient solution which you can then tailor to your exact requirements. They range from 3m to 20m wide and are built using a modular system, meaning they can be adjusted to cater for the projected number of people attending the event or to fit within the space you have available.

We do have other structures available depending on your event, such as the sailcloth marquee which is perfect for a corporate summer party or brand launch, and the stretch tent which lends itself nicely to casual dining (eg. staff catering) or team building events.

We mainly cover Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Dorset, but can travel further if required.

We have we have clearspan and sailcloth marquees alongside stretch tents, pagodas and a tipi which means we are able to offer something to suit all types of event. With theatre-style seating, looking towards a stage set up at the front, a clearspan marquee would be your most favourable choice here. Increasing the leg height to 3m (standard height is 2.3m) can sometimes help with sight-lines and large screens.

A clearspan marquee provides the perfect space for these types of events because you can adjust it to the size you require by adding on or taking off the modular bays according to guest numbers and because it provides a open-plan area for you to adapt to your particular event.

A clearspan marquee is the recommendation in winter choice based on the various levels of weather proofing available to you. The strong framework and pvc provide great protection by themselves but it’s also possible to add double doors, linings, heaters and a firm floor all which help to mitigate the winter climate.

A temporary structure is the perfect solution when looking for some additional cover to host events such as open days, fayres and promotional events.

We have structures available for both short and long-term hire, and for both behind and in front of the camera. We understand the need to fit in around tight turn around times and schedules and will work with you on these. We have marquees available for both.
